Midwest Airlines Starting To Furlough Again

Fri May 14, 2004 8:05 pm

Yesterday YX management asked for thirty flight attendants to take a voluntary furlough. I thought that things were picking up at YX, but this makes me think again. Anyone have any inside information as to why they are asking people to leave when the CEO says that now is the time that they are poised to grow?
Nice Trip Report!!! Great Pics, thanks for posting!!!! B747Forever

Umm, why would they ask F/A's to furlough when we are expanding service starting in June???? I think the rumor you heard is incorrect.
