there is a bus that goes between the two. Its costs about 15 euro. I had to take it because aparently travelocity doesn't know the diffrence between CDG and PAR.

The most practical as said by Doug Or is the Air France bus that takes you directly from CDG to ORY.
Alternative means is by RER or the suburban train. You have to take RER B direction St Remy les chevreuse, descend at Antony to take the Orly Val (the automatic train going to terminals in ORY). There is an RER ticket window and station at CDG2, from CDG 1 it is even less practical since you have to take a shuttle to the station.

Unless you speak french I would strongly advise you avoid any RER trips that invovle transfers or tight time constraints.

Yes, avoid the RER. The RER is great if you're getting around the Paris area with no luggage or time constraints. However, you'll most likely be travelling with bags, and you'll have a connection to make. The RER trains are nice, however they involve transfers, and the transfers have the potential to be very confusing to a non-Parisian. I've flown into CDG many times and taken the crosstown Air France bus to Orly for a connection. It's your best bet.

The Air France shuttle is definitively the way to go. Even if you do speak french and are a Parisian... It's straightforward, and not too expensive...

If you arrive at CDG by AF and depart from ORY by AF as well it's free! Just present your ticket at the AF counter which is at the exit of the baggage claim area...
I'll do my own airline. With Blackjack. And hookers. In fact, forget the airline.

You could always get a taxi. It would only cost around E1,000 and you can listen to the driver moan and whine all the way there.

As for timing, you need at least 2 hours!
