American Airlines Flight 1467

Sat Feb 12, 2000 3:07 am

Hi all :

Does anybody know if the American Airlines Flight 1467 is equipped with 767-300 or 767-300ER ?

If I take the seat 30-A, will my view be obstructed by the wing ... obviously I don't want to see the wing in 4 hours from ORD to LAX.
Thanks

Andy

Flight 1467 will be a 767-300ER, as AA has no non-ER 763's. Row 30 is the first row behind the trailing edge of the wing, so your forward view will be ubstructed.

Yeah, I didn't read the original post correctly, I thought it asked if the trip was to be a 762 vs 763. But, CO767-224ER is correct...ORD-LAX will most likely turn off the BHX-ORD inbound.

Looks like you'll be better off at the back of the cabin. The wings will be way upfront, and your view of the scenery below will be largely unobstructed. Row numbers of economy class on AA 763 runs from 17 to 42. However, row 42 only consists of the 3 seats in the middle, so that makes 41 the last row with windows available. Row numbers on their 762 runs from 17 to 40 (some row numbers missing though), with 38 the last row with window seats available.
