Tue Jun 01, 2004 10:48 am

Flytecomm is showing Aer Lingus Flight 991 with the following routing:

Kangerlussuaq, Greenland (BGSF) - Goose Bay, NF, Canada (YYR) - Bangor, ME (BGR) - Indianapolis, IN (IND)

Aircraft Type: B463

What am I missing here?

The fleet type would explain all the hops, now.... Why is a 146 coming to IND? No charter operator would go for that many hops, and the only other 146 operator is the US is Air Wisky @ MKE.

Hmm...

At a guess i would say that this aircraft is being flown to the US for storage as Aer Lingus hasnt recently retired all of its bae146 aircraft, which could explain this.
