BA767's: What Int Routes Do They Fly?

Fri Jun 04, 2004 5:32 pm

This might sound a bit daft, but what international routes do BA use their 767's on. I know most seem to fly around Europe and to places like LCA but I wondered about international flights.

The only one I can think of is MAN-JFK.

They did do the LHR-DTW route, I did that last summer, but they upgraded it to a 777 in October. I think they did this with a couple of flights.

Ryanair...some of your answers are incorrect...

The CLT service was terminated about 18 months ago. DAM is a BMed city, so they do not get a 763. NRT is double daily 744s and YYZ is a mix of 772 and 744. Either of these cities DO NOT get a 763.

Yes. BA005 and 007 are both 744s.

YYZ has never had sked BA 763 service. Only the odd substitution primarily for the defunct BHX-JFK-YYZ route.
I dumped at the gybe mark in strong winds when I looked up at a Porter Q400 on finals. Can't stop spotting.

Sometimes I think some people only join a.net to post "Use the search button" kinda of stuff. Half the time the search doesn't work, or work efficiently. No one complains about half of the other daft posts on here (you know which ones I mean).

People have to remember, these are forum's, not a friggin FAQ list. Get over it.

Whilst passing through GVA in January I saw a BA 763. Not sure if BA upgrades to a 763 in the winter season only.
