What Were The Original Airlines In Star Alliance?

Fri Jun 04, 2004 11:37 pm

Does anybody know who the original members of STAR ALLIANCE were when it first came together? I think UA and LH have been there since the beginning but forgot the rest. Quite a few airlines have joined since then.

The five airlines mentioned above also represent the five little grey arrow type things on the Star Alliance logo.

These five inaugural members each brought a widebody to F R A at the beginning of Star and positioned them like a star with the noses together. It really looked cool.
