Some of the features on the A380 (like fitness centers or store) will never make it to commercial servicem but a stand-up, walk-around bar is feasable.
Newer aircraft are more efficent and thus cheaper to opperate. If an airline chooses to remove some seating for newer features, the aircraft can still maintain the economics of current generation aircraft. Ticket prices remain the same, while features and service increase. Obviously an airline could decide to keep current amenities and either make more profit or charge less for tickets. I suspect airlines will choose profit, but we will hopefully see a slight increase in amenities.
Some of the 7E7 features seem more reasonable than those on the A380. If I'm an economy passenger, larger windows, higher cabin pressure, and higher humidity are much more appealing than a bar. I can enjoy a drink in my seat, and the entire flight would feel more enjoyable from any class.
