does not have shares in PAL. As for fleet plans, all I heard so far is that there was/is plans on replacing the narrowbody fleet and consolidate it into one family as well as aquiring more second hand 744s. I don't think they wet-lease aircraft on high seasons and they basically they work with what they have and utilize them to the max, but the entire PAL fleet is dry-leased from various creditors. PR
