Why WN At LGA?

Mon Jun 21, 2004 6:59 am

I was travelling to Boston and Provincetown, MA on Thursday using the Delta Shuttle and as I boarded my flight to Logan, I noticed a WN 737-700 in new colors (hideous, I might add) parked alongside the fence, next to gate SH1. Any reason why? Charter?

Bunch of SWA execs came up for an investment conference. They also gave a press conference onboard a 2-hour LGA-LGA hop....

A couple of other threads out there from the last few days...

WN parked its 400th Boeing 737 under the noses of its competitors Thursday to remind them who's the low-fare boss.
