Does anyone else out there bemaon the poor quality of the major aircraft manufacturers' websites?
I have just visited www.airbus.com - and found it to be somewhat below par from that which I would expect of a site representing a "techno driven" industry. It was visually unexciting, with irritatingly small fonts, cluttered menus and fairly poor graphics of the product. Boeing's effort is little better, if at all. Blink, and you might miss the button representing "commercial aircraft".
Not that I was expecting secure online 777 ordering via credit card (with gift wrapping options) but clearly neither of these two big players feel that big time investment in website development particularly pays off!
