Reversing Thrust

I know in some aircraft such as the L-1011, 747, and 727 you pull the front set of knobs over the back set but what about newer aircraft such as the CRJ and Saab 2000? And how do you change the prop pitch on the newer TPs such as the Saab 2000 and ATP? Thanks for any info.
