Raked Wings On 777-300ER

Thu Jul 08, 2004 9:16 pm

Hi!

I am looking at flying from CDG to JFK in December.
And luckily it will be my first chance to fly on a 777-300(ER). I was wondering if anybody could recommend a row where I could get a good view of those raked wings.

Thanks!

Try the airlines website for the seat diagram or seatguru.

Hi!
Where did you get the info that your flight will be a 773ER??

"And luckily it will be my first chance to fly on a 777-300(ER)"
or do u mean with "chance" the chance from 1 out of 100???
My AF 773er routingdata, doesn't show a 773er flight to jfk for the remainder of 2004.
Perhaps you've luck and the sentence:
"Equipment change possible without further notice"
will become true! and you get the 300er

JMO-777,

AF6 will be a 773ER every day starting in September (the 27th, it looks like) for the fall/winter season. So if he is booked on that flight in December, his chances are quite good!

I don't see the necessity for that Concordeboy since I'd like to know what seats give you a good view.

AF008 is also scheduled as a 773ER.

And FlyingBronco, AF doesn't even list the plane on their website and Seatguru does not have anything on AF.

Curious... have you any idea how "dumb" (I'm trying to be nice) this statement reads?  Big grin

If you are looking for a good view of the wing, you would probably want a seat in Economy Class. Seems somewhat obvious.
