New Airline REGIONAL1?

Fri Jul 23, 2004 10:14 am

Just heard rumors, that DASH 8-200 C-GZTC is flying for REGIONAL1.

All I could find are pictures of WESTPOINT AVIATION

There's a picture of Regional 1's color scheme in the new Airways that I saw last night, blue and yellow titles/logos. Regional 1 is being started up by Westpoint and is utilizing 16 ex US Airways Express Dash 8's. (Source: Airways)

It's WestPoint's new venture for a regional carrier, according to rumours up here in YYC.

There's a pile of DHC8s hanging around up here at YYC; many of them are ex-USAir connector aircraft....

Debonair, when looking for an URL, as they say, keep it simple stupid.

http://www.regional1.ca is registered. A whois points to it being owned by Westpoint, with an email contact @westpointair.com, which you then lead you to believe their URL is http://www.westpointair.com/

Click on the link and see what happens  Big grin
