How are Continentals flights between Oslo and New York (EWR) doing? I know they just have been around on this route for a month, but do you think their sales and load factors are good?
Earlier this route have been operated by SAS, with B762, twice, but also abandoned twice. That gives me an impression of a route that are not to profitable. Maybe due to the fact that both STAR alliance and SK as well as KL/NW provides good connections to the USA from Norway, and also because Norway might have to little business travel to justify daily flights across the pound with 762.
So do the fact that CO utilize the 752 on their flights instead of bigger a/c like the 767 makes the route profitable?
