Your best (and cheapest) bet is to go with Tri-Rail or SuperShuttle (if as was said above, they even serve FLL
), I've never taken the SuperShuttle myself but sometimes on Sundays if there's nothing to do I go out and take the Tri-Rail from the Miami Airport Station to Magnolia Park, at the end of the line, just for fun. It's comfortable, and the cars are double deckers,
so you get great views of I-95 (the train tracks run parallel to it) and other scenery around the tracks. The cars come equipped with restrooms and a ticket on Tri-Rail doesn't cost much, especially on weekends when prices go down. From Miami Airport just take a five minute city bus ride to the MIA
terminal. I have to agree with MIASkies about the rest of the public transit system; AVOID IT AT ALL
COSTS. Hialeah isn't really that much of a dump though, at least on the northern and western outskirts, where I live, and they have their own city buses. A taxi would be best, though, but it can get expensive.
