Maybe the MD 83...or maybe the controversial Avro RJ

Well, but the M83 arrived in 1992, and the F50, i think in 94. And i dont think an Rj-100 could land in MZL.

Yes, they used to land in MZL, by that year they had the RJ's and a few 727's

You must have flown a type of aircraft different from the RJ-100 or the MD-83.

Even though the MD83s arrived around 1993, they were for Avianca which was a totally separate company by then.

Thinking it was a RJ-100 is absolutely ridiculous; in 1990 SAM probably didn't even have the idea what an Avro was, the RJ-100 didn't arrive until 1995 or so.

The RJ100's can not operate into MZL, and SAM (MM) has not had an airplane that could fly into MZL in the year you want to find the information.

If you contact me at davalose@tutopia.com I can probably get you the info on who operated to MZL and what they flew in.

I have sent the info to your email address on ACES (VX) who was the only airline that flew to Manizales SKMZ La Nubia, and all their De Havilland DHC-6 fleet information at that time.
