I'll be meeting my parents in Europe in a couple of weeks. I will be flying from the US and they will fly from Venezuela on an Air Portugal A310.
I didn't think the A310 had such a long range (what is this, a 11-12 hour flight?). Also, I was wondering what the flight path would be for their flight (CCS-LIS). Does it fly straight across over the ocean towards Africa and then up? or up to northern Canada and then east? What about other routes such as CCS-LHR or CCS-CDG?
Any help is appreciated.
PS: I'm flying an AA 777 (which I'm very excited about, since it's the first time I fly a 777 on a transatlantic flight). What would the flight path be on this flight (MIA-LHR)
