What Kind Of Utensils On BA Club World?

Fri Aug 06, 2004 4:03 am

I am flying BA Club World from PHX to LHR. Just curious if I will get cheezy plastic forks/knives or REAL silverware. Thanks!

Only the best quality plastic for BA.  Sad

I was under the impression that post 9/11 all silverware cutlery was scrapped, even pax flying Concorde had to eat with plastic knives/forks etc. Maybe wrong though...

Enjoy the ride on Club World, I'm sure the other benefits will more than make up for plastic cutlery  Big thumbs up.

On my last Club World flights, I got plastic cutlery, although some people have said that they have gotten metal cutlery. Do understand that there is nothing "cheezy" about it, as it is done for security purposes.

You can kill someone just as easy with a good quality pen then a fork or a knife. I think it's a little silly.

I highly doubt that.

Your sentence should read: "You can kill someone just as easily with a good quality pen than a fork or a knife."

You know, the internet really makes you forget about grammar. I apologize for that horrible sentence. Regardless, I believe that removing metal utensils has little effect on the risk passengers are in.

Knives do pose a problem and it is better just to do without them.
