Air Canada To Start Operations To Peru

I found following information in the internet which I didn't find around here when doing a search:

AIR CANADA STARTS OPERATIONS IN PERU
Effective November 3, 2004, Air Canada will start operations in Peru with flights between Toronto and Lima as follows :
YYZ/LIM MON/WED/FRI 22:30/06:30
LIM/YYZ TUE/THU/SAT 22:30/06:30
Smooth as silk - Royal Orchid Service /// Suid-Afrikaanse Lugdiens - Springbok

Very good news. Glad that AC is doing well in the latin american market. What aircraft will be used... A319?

I believe that they will be using a 763, as I'm not sure if the 319 has the legs for it. It's about an 8 hour flight. Anyway, good to see I'll be seeing an airplane in AC colors upon my next visit to LIM!

As per Amadeus, a 763 will operate their YYZ-LIM vv. operation.
