BMIBaby Flight WW5545 Delay (16Aug04)

Tue Aug 17, 2004 3:27 am

Hi everyone

Does anyone know the reason for todays WW5545 from MAN-PMI?
I see it was delayed in excess of 6 hours, which, even by BMIBaby's standards, is pretty unusual.

Thanks in advance,

Mark

RE: BMIBaby Flight WW5545 Delay (16Aug04)

The a/c operating the WW5995 MAN-IBZ flight the previous afternoon went mega-tech. The pax were accomodated in a hotel at MAN and the flight was operated the following morning as an extra (WW5995A).

This operated at the time the WW5545 MAN-PMI flight would normally go, hence the delay. I'll try and get a more detailed breakdown of events tonight, and post them tomorrow if poss.....

WW are riddled with tech problems at the moment, and their on-time performance is abismal.
