Very interesting...I think that this, along with the additions yesterday, are all part of "phase 1"...I don't think they are going to d anything drastic and they're not going to RUSH into it. However, they will be down to $1.3 billion in DEC, if trend goes on (from CNBC) and they want to stay at $1.5 billion, so I'd espcect that all of their plans would be in effect by DEC.

Nothing drastic or not rushing, where is all the time coming from, for them to take there dear sweat time.......

Whatever they do, and I know they won't implement this...make transatlantic seat pitch humane.
