United employess because, although your flight turned out to be "excellent", not all flights do. I am a dedicated United flyer and have had my share of positive and not so positive experiences with the airline. Naturally I take the bad with the good and continue to fly UA
. However there are some UA
employess out there who can learn a thing or two about customer service.
Yes, all the best to them but not all of them are, as you put it, "excellent".
Its better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air than be in the air wishing you were on the ground. Fly safe!
