YX Schedule Change(s)

Wed Sep 01, 2004 2:58 pm

Any of the YX folks on here mind if I gripe about a schedule change?

Thanks =)

YX 803, the MKE-LAX Sunday evening 8:00 p.m. departure,will be discontinued after 30 Sep. It will be replaced by YX 802, the "standard" MKE-LAX flight which leaves at about 9:00 a.m.

Reasons for the change? I am guessing one is that the return red-eye, YX 804, is practically empty, especially in the winter. Maybe another is that YX wants/needs to shift Saver capacity to seasonal markets in Florida?

In any event...so much for being able to spend a full weekend in MKE, at least on a YX itinerary. This pretty much signs and seals my business over to the big red tails.

Any other YX schedule changes folks out there know of? Anyone care to join me in griping?  Big thumbs up
