KLM's Classic (non-SUD) 747's

I was wondering, what changes have PH-BUA to PH-BUG undergone?

On the photo above you can clearly see PH-BUE has plugs in the upper deck windows and somewhere in the 1980's (?) these plugs were replaced by windows. Did those planes have the upper deck lounge?

On this photo the left side upper deck door is missing and later on suddenly a door has been built as seen on the photo below.

Why and where were these extra doors built?
What other structural changes have these planes been through?

And how do they differ from the 747 SUD's except for the SUD and the engines?

Maybe your right that a lounge existed.

but by removing the plugs, and adding some 30+ business seats up there required an exit door therefore it was added.

BTW PH-BUG is one of my favorite KL aircraft, ive flown on it more than 10 times on the AMS-MNL-AMS. That's where I get my username from =)
