In July this year, FR
received 0.38 complaints per 1,000 customers. That, to me, suggests that the overwhelming majority of passengers are satisfied with FR
's service. Not that surprising, really, when it only receives 0.65 baggage complaints (about, say, delayed or lost baggage) per 1,000 customers, and that it is extremely punctual - 91% of all its flights arrived ontime and 99% within one hour* - and reliable. What are Air Berlin's stats? I can't even see them on its website, so so much for transparency. What has it got to hide I wonder?
