CONCORD, N.H. -- The union representing Pan Am airline pilots and flight crews is suing the carrier's parent company, charging it has violated federal labor laws by firing union officers, ignoring the grievance process and trying to shift Pan Am operations to a nonunion company.
Read the article before you bash the Union. It might fascinate you to see how bad this management really is. This has nothing to do with the Union causing problems at all. It has to do with management trying to use a non-union company to fly the same aircraft on Pan Am's routes.
