Domestic Fractionals-any Out There?

Are there any fractional ownerships in the U.S. that are part 91, and yet operate purely domesticaly?

I work for one of the "big 3" fractionals and can't think of any fractional ownership company that is purely domestic. Even of the small regional ones I think they do trips outside of the US...to the Caribbean, etc. PlaneSense..the Pilatus fractional might not do trips outside the US....but im pretty sure they do too.

Also, most of us larger operations fly both part 91 and part 135....at least one has gone to all part 135....
