BMI Update

hi, if anyone can shed any light on bmi at the moment, any new routes comming out , apart from the carribean and las vagis, oh and if they are getting a more planes, as its looking a bit tight at the moment

I've heard that they are seriously looking at LAX and SFO from Manchester (with the UAL code). If this goes ahead, they will need extra aircraft and I've heard they are looking at A340s though they could still take additional A330s.

The newest route is LCY-LBA and for reasons known only to BMI they are using an ATR42 - a type they don't currently operate.

Debate is what you put on de hook when you want to catch de fish.

They are meant to be starting EDI-MUC (technically that's actually bmi regional), there was talk a few months ago of A319LRs, don't know what's happening on that front though...
