You must be joking if you want ALL airlines;

Here is what I can think of off the top of my head for CX and QF.

CX

HKG-AMS (A340 Daily)
HKG-FRA (B744 Daily)
HKG-LHR (2 X B744, 1 X A340, 3 Daily)
HKG-CDG (B744 Daily)
HKG-FCO (B744 Daily)

QF

SIN-LHR (2 X B744, 2 Daily)
BKK-LHR (B744 Daily)
SIN-FRA (B744 Daily)
SIN-FRA (B744, thrice weekly)

Well, lets see if we can do the routes:

LHR-HKG
LHR-PEK
LHR-BKK
LHR-SIN
LHR-SEL
LHR-NRT
LHR-TPE
LHR-OSA
LHR-SHA

CDG-to all those points
FRA-to all those points
MUC-to all those points
ZRH-to all those points except TPE/OSA/SHA
CPH-all points except SHA/OSA/TPE
STO-to NRT/BKK
MXP-to PEK/BKK/SIN/NRT
FCO-to NRT
MAD-to HKG/NRT/SEL
AMS to all points
BRU to NRT

This is an educated guess. There are multiple carriers operating some of these routes, so if you do the math, the numbers are quite high. I would suggest going to oag.com and getting the information directly.
