LH A340-600 @ BOI, Why?

Mon Oct 04, 2004 9:54 pm

Sorry to post another BOI topic, but I have to ask this question...

Airline Lufthansa
Flight Number 458
Departure City (Airport) Munich, Germany (EDDM)
Departure Time 10/03/2004 04:14 PM
Arrival City (Airport) Boise, ID (BOI)
Arrival Time 10/03/2004 07:30 PM
Remaining Flight Time 00:00
Aircraft Type A346
Current Altitude 0 feet
Current Groundspeed 0 mph
Flight Status Arrived

Why did this come in? Was it a diversion? Or was it new service? Just kidding on the last part, of course  Smile/happy/getting dizzy.

My guess would be a refueling stop due to headwinds; the headwinds were quite strong westbound the last couple of days..and this could cause an extra stop. Just a guess guys...

LH 458 3 OCT landed San Francisco at 1838
The return flight left on schedule from San Francisco so that must be a
error in Flight Tracker
According to Lufthansa CRS no diversion to Boise
