Courier Travel - Which Airlines Offer This?

Tue Oct 12, 2004 6:58 am

In the past few years I have flown to New York a number of times as a courier for BA. In essence this means that I carry an envelope with documents which I pick up after check in at LHR, and hand over to Customs at JFK. In return for this 'backbreaking' work, I can fly to JFK for £110 return including tax (depending on how near the day I book)! Are these fares available on other airlines out of the UK or the USA?

My father used to do it to CCS from MIA on AA but I dont know what has happened to the companies that offered that service.

I was wondering if any airline offers courier travel from the USA to the UK. I have found a couple that do from the UK to the US, but not the other way around?

Thanks for any info!
