B747-400:
30 LD1 containers; 173cu ft each; therefore 5190 cubic feet.

B747-400F:
Lower Deck: 30 LD2 containers; 173cu ft each; therefore 5190 cubic feet.
Main Deck: 29 x 10X10X10 feet pallets: (I think that is what the diagram shows) which means 29,000 cubic feet. Total capacity: 34,190 cubic feet.

B757PF:
Main deck: 15 x 440 cu feet containers; 6600 cubic feet.
Lower deck: 1,690 cubic feet. TOTAL: 8,290 cu. feet.

B767PF:
Main Deck: The book does not include this as it was last edited in 1989;
Lower Deck: 15 LD3 containers equals 2400 cub. feet.

MD-11F:
Main Deck: 26 x 96X125in pallets; 14,542cub. feet
Lower Deck: 32 x LD2 containers; 173cu. feet each therefore 5536 cu. feet. (more than 747-400! underfloor space) TOTAL: 20,078 cu. feet.

MD-11C:
Same as MD-11F as far as I can tell from the diagram.

Hope this helps!

Are you looking for weight, or cube? I see someone already gave you some cubic numbers, but he's off on the 747-400 main deck, it's 29 cargo positions, but they are not 10x10x10...they are 10x8 base (96X125inches) and vary in height from 96 inches to 120 inches, depending on where they are loaded (and the ones that are 120 high are not square, they have to be rounded at the top) anyway, i can give you some max cabin loads (this is from memory, so i may be off a pound or two)A300 108,000 lbs, A310 75,000 lbs, DC-10-10 136,000 lbs, DC-10-30, 160,000 lbs, MD11, 190,000 lbs. the 747-400 is up around 250,000 lbs. Cheers!
