New Co Routes

What are all of the new co routes?

So far EWR to BFS,BRS,TXL,HAM.are confirmed. Others are pending.

At the moment, the "others" that Iahcsr are referring to are DME, which is basically a done deal presuming that CO gets the route authority (which they more likely than not will), and LOS, which they received authority for but are apparently having issues with crew and aircraft security in LOS.
