Apart from Corporate Do 328-100s there are no D38s in service in the USA. Most of them currently fly in Europe (ScotAirways, Air Alps, Cirrus Airlines and others), in South America (Club VIP, SATENA) and in Africa (Bristow Helicopters Nigeria, DANA).
In Asia there are currently no D38s in service AFAIK, however many FRJs (328JETs) are operated there (Hainan Airlines, Wanair).
In the past few weeks there were several rumours about 328-100 (D38) fleet additions:
° Aeropostal with 6+6
° Central Mountain Air with 2
° Sun Air with 8 + 2 options on the 328JET
Apart from that several otehr D38 deals (all used frames) are under negotiation as far as I understand.
