LH 744 Diverted To Dublin

Does anyone know the story behind this nicey surprise visitor ?
The a/c was parked at a remote stand further away from the terminal buildings and departed after 2 hours or so.

In 1997, I was on a LH B747 from JFK to FRA that made an emergency landing (full power down to 5000 feet) landing at DUB because of a heart attack on board. We were on the ground at DUB about two hours.
