NW Upgrades FLL-FNT To Daily

Thu Oct 21, 2004 12:52 pm

Effective 15 December 2004, Northwest Airlines' Saturday Ft. Lauderdale-Flint service will operate daily. One upping airTran, who continues to operate a Saturday-only service. As many know, Northwest launched FLL-FNT not long after airTran did.

This winter from the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, Northwest will offer eight daily flights to Detroit (4 MIA/4 FLL), six to Minneapolis (3 MIA/3 FLL), four to Memphis (2 MIA/2 FLL; 1 FLL-MEM operated by Pinnacle), and daily to Flint and Indinapolis (both FLL). Northwest will also operate additional MIA-DTW flights on weekends for cruise traffic.
