Spirit Flying For PanAm?

Tue Nov 09, 2004 10:46 am

Hey guys

I got back yesterday from a trip to Florida, flying with jetBlue down and Spirit back (on the new A321!!). And yes, their new A321 is quite nice! (Though as I found it, it isnt exactly new-- its ex-Aero Lloyd...the signs are still in German!)

At the gate area in FLL, the board said PanAm flight 7 to Aguadilla. However, passengers were boarded onto a Spirit MD80. Is Spirit operating PanAm's flights or was the sign wrong?
