Did Balair Ever Operate The A300?

Sat Nov 13, 2004 5:49 am

Did Balair ever operate the A300? Im asking this, because I have this old plane model (I think the first model I ever got) in Scale 1/500 of an Airbus A300 in Balair colors. The model has the exact same paint scheme as below on this A310

balair never flew any A300's!

I have an A300 of Swissair, another one which never existed...
Or a nice 1/200 747 with blue Qualiflyer Belly... Would have looked good... better than all-white HB-IGC

deltawings:
def not. the A310 was the only airbus a/c in the balair fleet. interestingly they operated the 747 once leased from swissair on a charter flight to pmi with balair titels.

Okay, thanks. Well, the model manufacturer was Majorette, and their more a toy company, then a serious plane model builder. Now it makes sense.
