SAS....Snowflake ..Help

Tue Nov 16, 2004 12:00 pm

Can someone help me out here....

How is SAS discontinuing the Snowflake brand... Their mainline schedules aren't necessarily up to date. Have they incorporated all Snowflake flights into mainline operations???

Would cities like Cairo and Beirut be served regularly by SAS?

Snowflake has been incorporated into SAS 'standard' operations. This means that Snowflake is still branded as low cost, no frills and passengers are seated in the rear of the SAS Economy Class cabin. Economy Flex is Economy seating but with full flexibility to change tickets while the Business has been upgraded with the middle seat left empty and enhanced food and beverage service.

And yes. Services to Cairo and Beirut will be operated by SAS aircraft.

Over the summer, Snowflake was operating with SAS aircraft to Beirut.

When they weren't flying their colours on the 738, they would use a SAS livery A321 to fly the route.
