They are not in SABRE yet. But I know the problems linking the low cost systems like Navitaire or Radixx to a global GDS. But I guess this will come soon.

I work at Netjets and we have our own travel department that books hotels and airlines for the crews. At everydesk a picture of Indy's route map, which can now probably be removed.

They are not available for sale in Amadeus either (but we have their schedules, so you can look them up on Amadeus.net - just specify carrier DH)

Actually Radixx is in all GDS systems it is a carrier option to have it. Radixx can support first close, numeric and direct access with all major GDS systems. It is up to the subscribing carrier if they choose to take advantage of it.

Albert,

What i think the poster in ref to Navitaire & Radixx is pointing out that both systems were originally designed to be a stand-alone-ANTI GDS type system. Radixx and Navitaire both have their shortcomings in the GDS world because they are SQL or GUI interface type databases rather than strictly text based entries as on Worldspan or Sabre. Radixx Air seems to be the only version that works well with e-ticketing when compared to Wings or Navitaire..

Nate,

While I would agree with the shortcomings of the 7 year old Radixx Wings. I do not know of any current shortcomings with GDS link with Radixx Air.

The new tech vs old tech is largely moot as the GDS links are quite established. Navataire is however a different beast and for quite a while could only support Sabre as a GDS
