AA Delays At ORD Nov. 22

Wed Nov 24, 2004 4:14 am

What was up with AA at O'Hare yesterday? Major parts of their traffic system seem to be majorly delayed. Or is a one to two hour delay just pretty normal for them?

It's not uncommon to wait 2 hrs on the runway to take off at ORD. My last flight with AA at ORD, was AUS-ORD-BRU and took almost 2 hours to get in the air...major bummer.  Sad

I was on AA flight 451 rescently and it took us 1 hour to get in the air. I was lookin out the window at all the traffic and boy, god bless those controloers. We were also infront of ad least 11 planes that had been waiting ad least 20 minuets. AA777jr if you dont mind me asking when were you on that flight to BRU??

Thanks in AAdvance!!

Check the weather in Texas - near IAH and DFW. It was abyssmal yesterday. What most folks can't seem to grasp is that because it's clear and sunny at ORD it might be just plane (  Smile ) shitty at DFW . . . and that's where your inbound a/c is sitting.

Always best to fly first thing in the day . . .

The last time I was connecting through ORD was May 03, so over a year now. I miss the DFW connections more, so I'll tolerate ORD.
