Diverted A380s

Thu Dec 02, 2004 2:32 am

Probably been discussed before so apologies in advance but I was wondering, with only a limited number of airports capable of handling the A380, what provisions have been made to cope in case of emergency diverts?

The A380 can largely be handled like a 747, especially by means of runway needs. Terminal capacities might be an issue. After an emergency landing, you might be bussed to the Terminal  Insane
