What Is Up With Aer Lingus' Webpage?

Wed Dec 15, 2004 3:00 am

I was trying to look for prices on flights to New York on different carriers and when I tried www.aerlingus.com or www.aerlingus.ie I came to a very "unprofessional" looking site. Is this really the official Aerlingus site?

Yes, it is. I was also shocked when I first visited their site. It has a cheap WN-ish feel to it. It's very unprofessional and sub-Oneworld.

Well, they are trying to go with a LCC image, so maybe they're changing their website to reflect that. Who knows?

supposedly they want to rebrand themeselves as 'low cost' - so there you go!
Airbus or Boeing - it's all good to me!

It's not just their website, the whole airline is but a shadow of it's former self.
I have no memory of this place.
