US Airways Old Colors

Fri Dec 17, 2004 12:28 am

How many planes are still in the old colors? I know there are a few B1900's in the old colors (even saw one today on the way home from the orthodontist).

no doubt, someone here will correct me if i'm wrong.

aside from the 1900's I don't think there are any US jets still flying in the 90's color scheme.

Answer: NONE, as far as (active) mainline. There are a few 733s flying around in the polished metal 'usairways.com' livery, however.

Ok, thanks...
BTW, why are some of the US Express fleet still in old colors (B1900's I know of...)?

Air Midwest (Mesa) is probably just not too concerned with repainting them.
