ATC Delays - Startup To Airborne

How long will this Delay be, 20-30 minutes.Out here prior to push back the wait is 15-20 min not counting the delys in que for T/O.
I may not win often, but I damn well never lose!!! ;)

Here at RNO: from tug disconnect to begin of take-off roll: rarely more than three minutes! Wish I worked at a busier airport... sigh...

There's only 5 airplanes in that shot there's no excuse for any more than a 5 minute wait (unless they give 3 minutes for wake behind the 753 in Europe, too.)
