I'm the first to stand-up for US but I experienced something that tells me I should REALLY rethink my loyalty. My wife and I were flying the past week from CHA
(being a tiny station) doesn't have kiosks and for some reason web check-in wouldn't let me check-in and print boarding passes online, so I got the the counter to get my boarding passes.
The CSA printed my boarding passes and stapled them to a piece of paper. The guy then meticulously folded the paper so it looked like a jacket. On one side it had all the stadard regs (limited liability, baggage policy, Warsaw Convention stuff, yadda yadda yadda) and the other side had my boarding passes stapled to it.
It looked VERY cheap. I would have preferred no jacket at all. Are they through printing US ticket jackets or was CHA
just out of them?
