Should Olympic Join An Alliance?

I think it should join an alliance. They probly will sooner or later

OA literally can't afford to join an alliance for the time being.

Because joining a major airline alliance involves spending millions for integration costs, something that OA can ill-afford...

Doesn't an airline have to be financially sound before it can join an alliance?

UA and AC created Star a long time before they became in the financial situatio they are now.
