If someone pays for first/business with their OWN cash (ie, not the company's dollar), then I think they have every right to complain if the service doesn't live up to their expectations. However, if it's on someone else's dime, or it's an upgrade, you have no right to complain. I just got 6 free upgrades from CO
over the holiday season, and I'll tell ya I was estatic to get them, sure beat riding in coach (not that coach is that bad for 5'8", 155 pound me). The service was exceptional, the seats extremely comfortable, the food was delicious, and the view out of the window was the best part since I didn't have to contend with the wing blocking the view.
For all of you out there who complain about freebee upgrades or company paid for seats, how about actually trying to enjoy what you got; maybe take a minute to think about those who have far less (and I am not talking about the folks riding in coach) before you start your bitching, whining, and moaning.
