According to what I read last night,1-16, the airplane will roll out. Taxi test will be later. This is an unveiling.
Also from what I read, the airplane is still a little overweight. It was as much as 8000 lbs over but now its down to 3000 lbs. Hopefully for Airbus, this thing will fly but all bets are off until the weight thing is fixed.

You're joking, right? Or are you seriously saying that the plane 'won't fly' if it's overweight?

Airbus admitted the plane was overweight from their original specs. Read the news guy and don't kill the messenger, ok?

How could that thing NOT be overweight. I am telling you this thing is going to suck fuel. It has to cost a fortune to operate!
Hey that guy with the private jet can bail us out! Why? HE CAN AFFORD IT!

That's not the part I thought you were joking about. It was the part where you said it 'won't fly'. I know the plane is still slightly overweight (about 1 ton). But what is it that makes you think it 'won't fly'?

It is going to use a lot of fuel, but if you compare the fuel burn to the payload, you will notice that it is quite reasonable.

And how do you know that it is gonna cost a fortune to operate? Have you looked at any numbers???  Insane

What's really sad is, that some people are eager to make fools out of themselves and don't even notice it.

I think someone should tell Airbus that the plane isn`t going to fly.  Wink/being sarcastic

It does make me laugh that there are all these people who post thinking they know more than Airbus`s highly skilled engineers.
