the bridging loan of 125 million euro from the Belgian Government, with EU approval initially destined for the short term survival of Sabena, but later turned over to SN Brussels to allow it to be created successfully from the remains of the defunct Sabena and which until now had to be paid back before the end of this year, has been converted into a long term loan, with a payback date of 2017. SN has also secured the possibility to offer shares to the Belgian government as alternative method of pay back.
